We connect each customer to our Fixed-Wireless Fiber Ring in the Sky, which has no single point of failure. This ring is fed by multiple Tier 1 Internet Service Providers located at strategic points of our network. We offer true separate egress for true redundancy and diversity. We generally can activate new customers within 3 to 5 business days of receiving an order and we've done emergency installs in an single afternoon.
