William V. Condrey, Chief Operating Officer/Chairman Board of Directors
Mr. Condrey has specialized in real estate since he began his law career in 1973. He was a partner (eight years each) at two large Houston law firms, where he practiced in the commercial lending, commercial real estate, and general corporate areas. In 1996, he established a private practice in title insurance, commercial lending, commercial and residential real estate, and general corporate areas. He is the attorney for Chicago Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance company.
He is a member of the Houston Bar Association, and participates in the following sections of the Texas State Bar: Corporation Law, Banking and Business Law, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, International Law and Construction Law. He is currently a Director of Westlake Family Institute, a non-profit corporation, and served from 1986 to 2000 as a Director of Guardian Savings and Loan Association. He is also an Elder at Grace Presbyterian Church and Director of Houston Social Venture Partners. He holds a B.A. from the University of Texas and a J.D. from University of Houston Law School.
Andrew T. Prokop, President/CEO
Andy is an experienced entrepreneur, with more than 15 years centered around identifying a market need for disruptive technologies and managing their successful commercialization. He has owned/operated several successful businesses and served as CIO and CTO for several technology companies. He will serve as CEO, leading technological development, coordination and oversight, client and investor relations, and project coordination.
Andy is a member of the Geophysical Society of Houston, Society of Exploration Geophysicists, American Association of Petroleum Geologists, URISA and GIS/LIS. He has been a Scoutmaster since 1995, and currently serves on the Technology Advisory Committee for HISD's new Westside High School. He majored in Computer Science at Sam Houston State University and the University of Houston.
Steven G. Zilis, VP/CTO
Steve has worked in the advanced technology arena for fifteen years, developing and managing systems multiple complex software, hardware and Internet systems. He began working with radio and wireless technology in the mid-90s, and has served as a consultant, director, and CTO for 5 separate ventures, including the Houston Wireless Metropolitan Area Network. He founded Wireless Metro in 2006, and holds a nationwide FCC license and multiple registered locations for the 3.5 GHz band.
He studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois and is a certified IBM Systems Analyst. He has been an amateur radio operator since 1964, and is a member of ARRL. He has won numerous commendations and awards for his work, including citations for work performed for the Houston Police Department and the Texas Transportation Institute.
Robert Oppermann, CFO
Robert is a 2001 graduate of Baylor University where he received his BA and Master's Degree in Accounting. He served in the audit division of Arthur Andersen, L.L.P. as well as Ernst & Young, L.L.P. where he specialized in Commercial Real Estate and Entergy Industries. Robert spent 3 years in the central finance and accounting division of Hines where he performed financial statement consolidations, internal and external financial reporting and audit support.
